Terms and Conditions
The basic terms for using Zayroq during pre-launch testing and after public launch.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Zayroq, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Zayroq provides email deliverability testing, seed inbox monitoring, authentication checks, content analysis, reporting, and related tools. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Email Testing
You may only test emails, domains, and sending systems that you own, control, or are authorized to use. You must not use Zayroq to send spam, abusive content, or unlawful messages.
5. Data
Zayroq processes test emails, headers, DNS data, seed inbox results, and account metadata to provide reports. Do not submit confidential information unless it is necessary for testing.
6. Availability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. During pre-launch testing, outages, incomplete features, or changed workflows may occur.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zayroq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
