FAQ

Questions before you test

Straight answers about seed testing, authentication, reporting, and how Zayroq works.

What does Zayroq test?

Zayroq tests where your emails land across real seed inboxes, then combines placement, authentication, content, blocklist, and provider evidence into a deliverability report.

Do I need to connect my ESP?

No. Manual tests work by sending your campaign to a generated seed list. ESP or SMTP connections make the workflow faster later, but they are not required to start testing.

What is the difference between manual tests and auto tests?

Manual tests give you a seed list and a token to include in the email body. Auto tests use a persistent domain-specific Zayroq address and automatically create a new test when matching email is captured.

Can Zayroq check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?

Yes. Public DNS checks can show published SPF and DMARC records. Full test reports also inspect received message headers to evaluate real authentication results.

Why can inbox placement differ by provider?

Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and AOL use different filtering systems. A campaign can land in the inbox at one provider and spam or promotions at another.

Is Zayroq live yet?

The product is in pre-launch testing. The public site is available, but production onboarding and billing are still being finalized.
